Hi!
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the audio transcription/translation feature (on the data tables) in my Kobo account (European Union server).
I have three different forms with audio responses:
On two forms (each with 5 submissions), when I click on the audio file to access the transcription window, I get the message: “Error retrieving processing data :(”, and it keeps loading indefinitely.
On a third form, with only three submissions, the transcription window does work normally.
Some additional details:
All audio files are in .m4a format and can still be downloaded manually.
I have already tried: Using incognito mode and clearing cache
No errors appear in the media gallery. The audio files just do not open for transcription/translation.
This feature is crucial for my research, since most of the data is qualitative and audio-based. Could you help me identify the cause of this issue or suggest a workaround?
