I have been able to link Kobo Collect with Excel and PowerBI. I am wondering if there is a way I can get fresh data after submission or a notification after any submission via email. I have to do it manually by checking first the submission on kobo server and then refresh data on Excel or Powerbi.

Hi @eliudprom2021, you can set autorefresh to power bi dashboard so it can automatically everyhours in cloud so you don’t need to make it manually.
If you have power automate premium, you can create a flow to send email after each submission.
