It could be due to the CSV file format issue. You will need to convert the CSV file to the format supported by the system as oulined in one of our previous posts:

Thank you very much friend I already found a solution, in my excel I did the thing to separate the commas but it didn’t work. What worked was converting the excel file into a csv via this link
