Background audio not available in synced records

Hi,
My team submitted their form today that was supposed to be recording background audio, but when I log into the server I see it was not saved with the record. Why did this happen and how do I make sure it doesn’t happen again?
We included skip logic for the background audio so that if ‘yes’ is selected that they consented to the recording, it would work. In this record, ‘yes’ was selected.

@sknudson, you may need to check if the device has turned off the background audio recording from the app setting.

@Kal_Lam Are there detailed instructions for how to do this that I can share with my team? I didn’t see anything about this in the Background Audio documentation!
