Hi all, I have an issue where I am seeing blank submissions on my data table. All the questions are required, and many of the empty rows were actually submitted and completed by respondents. This means I’m actively losing submissions and data. Is there a reason this is happening? Can I fix it or recover the lost submissions?

Welcome to the community, @ideram! Have you tried downloading your data and then checking it there (to see if the data is missing in the downloaded file too)?
