Calculate the sum of numbers in repeat-group

Hello dear all,

I have a parent-child questionnaire where I want to collect the income of each member of the household. So the number of people to be interviewed will vary depending on the number of members of the household. The child group should therefore be repeated as needed.

My question is how to calculate the sum of the income of each household surveyed.

can you share your form?

what you can do is put a question to capture the sum of the each individual hh member income just outside the repeat group

q1,. What is the income of this member
end_repeat
sum_q1: Total hh income –sum(${q10}) - this is a calculate type of question
