Can data be lost in KoBoToolbox if there are issues during the submission process that cause the form to reload?

I submitted a form on CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PRIMARY PRODUCER COOPERATIVE PARTNERSHIPS but unfortunately did not download the same.Cai i get it on my email if posiible.
