Can i create Question-type and answer-type as a images?

Question-type and answer-type images are not available when creating questions and options (as available in Google Forms).

Image cannot be added to the question on a web view. It can be added using xls sheet. Image uploading is a tedious task for the user to add in question (as it per the blogs published, we got to know that it can be done through xls)

@maheshnalawade, yes, this is not possible with the formbuilder at the moment (which is only possible through the XLSForm).

We already have a feature request for this issue. Maybe you could VOTE for it to make it a reality:
