Hi there,
When you create a form sometimes you want a picture to appear with the question or to illustrate answers.
I know this is possible when you use XLSForm directly, by adding a question setting and adding the pictures in the “settings” tab on Kobo.
I am using KOBO Humanitarian response & ODK Collect v1.22.4.
What is the general goal of the feature?
I was thinking about two interesting features- being able to, directly in the KOBO online builder:
- to Create some new questions with pictures/sounds as options or associated to the question
- to add pictures/sounds to an already existing question
What are the most likely user stories for how and when this would be used by someone on your team?
Adding pictures and sounds is extremely useful to clarify the meaning of a question for enumerators or interviewees, especially in contexts where there are important language barriers. Having to do this through XLSForms can be technically challenging for form authors that are not tech-savvy, which is why it would be useful to have this directly in the Kobo builder
Thanks to thinking about it
