Can i create Question-type and answer-type as a images?

@maheshnalawade, yes, this is not possible with the formbuilder at the moment (which is only possible through the XLSForm).

We already have a feature request for this issue. Maybe you could VOTE for it to make it a reality:

Hi there, When you create a form sometimes you want a picture to appear with the question or to illustrate answers.
