can I directly link the result with power Bi surver
It requires some setup but it’s possible. However you will still have to refresh the data manually.

If you are looking for something easier, you can try nexusportal.app, connect your Kobo forms and create dashboards from it easily. For instance, this dashboard is directly connected to a Kobo forms and updated in realtime: NexusPortal .
PS: I’m a developer at NexusPortal, don’t want to pretend I’m fully neutral but I really don’t think there is easier solution so far.
