Can KOBO capture QR code and save as unique ID so that we can match several records of one participant?

As KOBO does not support longitudinal study, I am planning to collect information several times for each participant and use unique ID to match these records for each participant for further data analysis. Can KOBO capture QR code to create an unique ID so that we can match these records for each participant? If yes, please help to share the guidelines on how to design.
Thank you!

Welcome @tranhungminh !
There is a barcode question type available. See https://xlsform.org/en/#question-types. and

And you may always use the search function of this forum, e.g. https://community.kobotoolbox.org/search?q=barcode
and also the Help Center

Welcome to the community, @tranhungminh! If your QR code has a unique number it should be able to capture it while collecting data.

As for your other query:

Please be informed that you should be able to handle longitudinal data in KoBoToolbox by using the Dynamic Data Attachment feature as outlined in our support article:

Dear Kal_Lam and Community,
Thank you very much for your helpful support.

Bests,
