@disha, I don’t think that would be possible if you don’t group the questions and then use the filed-list to the group.

Okay, thanks for the response.
the concern is after grouping- all the column name starts with the name of the group while viewing in PowerBI, so it becomes tough to select column in powerBI for visualisation

Hi,
If you are using API V2 to export the data to Power BI, you can exclude the groupings from the header. Just untick the red question, and export it so the header will not appear in the Power BI.
