Can’t login to my KoBoToolbox account

Hi All,
My use r ID is XXXXX. My email is XXXXX@gmail.com. I am not able to log into my account with my password. However, my chrome browser saved my password and is able to let me get access. If I try forgot password option I receive no email from the email i have registered with my kobotoolbox account. Please any help?

Would you mind login in to your OCHA server through the following link: https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/accounts/login/?next=/#/ and login in to your HHI server through the following link: https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/accounts/login/?next=/#/ Sometimes, using the wrong login link also restricts users from login to the KoBoToolbox account. GOOD DAY!
