Hi @scherrie, You could also have a look at this workaround which uses date-time stamp to auto generate a unique id for your survey form. In the survey tab of your xlsform: [Image 1] In the setting tab of your xlsform: Please note that this is optional (if and in-case you wish to name your survey submissions based on the unique id). [Image 2] Data entry screen as seen in Enketo: [Image 3] Reference xlsform: Uniqe ID (Example).xls (23 KB) Have a great day!

But please note that this at the moment is not available with the form builder UI.
