Hi! When I “Download form” I keep getting “invalid username or password for server: https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org” error. The credentials are correct since I was able to login to my account from a web browser. What should I do?
The username and password for KoboCollect is the same as for your regular Kobo login.
Please note this is the KoboCollect server for EU; can you please check your account and project are likewise on the EU server (eu.kobotoolbox.org), and not our Global server (kf.kobotoolbox.org). These are completely different servers and different accounts, in case you might have an account on both.
AFAIK there are no current issues with authentication on either server. But if you continue to have problems authenticating from KoboCollect please email support@kobotoolbox.org with your account info and we can look into it.
