I have followed both the general instructions for uploading media to a form as well as the instructions under here: (Images not displayed in survey form - #8 by peshal), however I am still unable to get my media to show up. I have added media for both the languages on my survey and I added them through the xlxs sheet, and uploaded all of them in the media section of my form on the web-based form, yet my images will not show up for my related question at all. Please help.
I tried to upload my xlxs form here but it said new users aren’t allowed.
