Hello, I can’t access the Kobo interface, to see my projects. When I want to connect with the accesses I was using, I’m told that my password is not valid, but I know that the password is correct.
There are 2 public servers hosted by KoBoToolbox. If you have a user account in the OCHA server, try login to your OCHA server through the following link:
https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/accounts/login/?next=/#/
Similarly, if you have a user account in the HHI server, try login to your HHI server through the following link:
https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/accounts/login/?next=/#/
Sometimes, using the wrong login link also restricts users from login to the KoBoToolbox account.
If you still have issues with login please reach us to support@kobotoolbox.org through the email that was registered to your user account. Note if you fail to reach us through the email registered to your user account it would be difficult for us to verify that you are the rightful owner of the user account and we would be unable to support you with the request.
