Cannot open URL in excel report

Hi support team, I want to ask and help. When I want to open the URL to view files or photos in the Excel report, a notification like this appears. Thank you

Welcome to the community, @fahmi_admin! There are two approaches to opening the media URL. The first approach is to have the browser open with the KoboToolbox project open in it. The second approach is (if you want to open the media URL separately), then you will need to make the project data public.

@aagroszek, you should be able to make the map public by making your data public under the SETTINGS>Sharing: [image] This not only makes your form public, but also makes your data as well as the maps public.
