I have 16 completed forms with valuable data (photo attachments which I can’t now access as the forms are completed but the forms repeatedly fail to send. I think initially this may have been because I had reached my data limit, but I have since deleted all media files and most files generally so space is no longer an issue. The forms continue to fail to send and this has persisted for over a week. I am a long term user of KoboToolbox and have never had this problem.
Ignore that, it finally seems to be working!
