I recorded audio for interview . To transcribe those audio, I clicked on “Open”,
In the next, there is nothing there.
But I can download and listen.

I tried to test on public server (https://kc.kobotoolbox.org) . my account name is “xxxxxxx”.
Now I see feature of transcription and translation.
After selecting transcribed languages , click on “Transcribe” button and run the audio file.
No appear transcribed !! Could you please indicate how to solve this problem?
