We use an ipad for data collection in the field so the Kobocollect app is not an option. We collect data on safari and chrome browsers in an offline form, but when we connect to the internet the submissions will not upload. When I click the submissions in the top left and click “upload” I get a 401 error: “Authentication problem with data server”
It prompts me to login but it never allows me to upload the data so we have a lot of forms in the browser cache.
Things I’ve tried:
- private tab - the forms are not cached in a private window
- using the authors login - I still get sent into the login loop
- enabling “Allow submissions to this form without a username and password” on the form and redeploying. Still get sent into login loop
- Teathering to the data on my phone incase the wifi connection is unstable - still get sent into login loop
