I have a survey that includes photos and those photos can be seen without issues in Kobo; however, when exporting the database to Excel, the photo entries in the Excel contain links that do not work: Clicking on these links opens a text screen displaying the following message in Spanish:
{“detail”:“No encontrado.”}
The previous message could be translated as “detail: Not found”.
Those hyperlinks used to work, but they stopped working. We don’t want to make public the project, we only want that members of our team with a Kobo account to be able to access this photos from an exported Excel file. What can I do to view the photos when exporting to Excel?
Please advice.

Thanks for sharing,
Before trying to open the hyperlinks, could you confirm that you’re logged into your account in the same browser you’re using to open the images?
that should let you open the images without any problem.
If you want the images to open without authentication, you can make them publicly accessible. Before doing so, please double‑check that you’re not sharing any sensitive data
@jorcabrera, thank you for your quick response.
When I’m logged into my account in the same browser I’m using to open the images then I get a different message:
“Page not found (404)
This page does not exist on the server. Check the URL or the link that brought you here.”
Please advice.
