Welcome back to the community, @anjali! If your server configuration is correct in the app, could you ensure you have logged into your KoboToolbox account at least once (ever)? Please note that if you have never logged into your account, you cannot get the blank forms to your app even if the project has been shared with your account. Please update if this worked for you.

Ensuring these 2 steps should help you solve your issue!
