Cant download media file

I am using a Professional plan for a non-profit agency. We have collected 10,000 surveys and now exporting of media file is not progressing.

@jafar867, how many images does each submission have? So as of today, I see that you have 16262 submissions in your project.

@jafar867, if you have this large media attachment to download the server will time out your request. So to avoid this time out, you could use this approach as outlined in the support article Downloading Photos and Other Media to download your attachments.
