Can't Download Pictures

I collected about 6000 households data and for two days now can’t download the pictures. However, have been able to download the excel files. Please can some one help me with that. How can I get my pictures.

What have you tried? I guess you have clicked on the download picture and then it just doesn’t work? My guess it the files are massive and 6000x1MB is huge

You could try this approach, which allows you to download the images individually with help of a download manager: http://support.kobotoolbox.org/customer/en/portal/articles/2278188-downloading-photos-and-other-media
