Can't use external choices list csv

Hello,
I’m trying to call up an external list “ouvrage.csv”, which is in the project media, then I can deploy the form, but when I view it there’s a “can’t find file ouvrage.csv” error and if I open the form it doesn’t update.
Is there a column I need to add or something else I need to do to make it work?
