Looking at the information you shared, i could see the following duplicates which should have hindered you form deploying successfully:
At the same time i also see a definite duplicate in row 10 and row 11 of the attached image where column A, B, C and F are identical. Maybe you should be able to understand the scenario much better than we do.
If you however assume that they are unique in respect to column ‘F’ maybe you could rename column B as shown in the image below:
Doing so, you should be able to create a unique name for your choice sheet referring to merk and the system should allow you to upload your xlsform without any error message.
