Go to project seetings / manage translations and check if the language code is correct (international 2-letter standard).
@GDavila09, backing up with what @wroos has outlined, you could do the same as shown in the image below:
If you don’t see the language you are looking for then you could join to be a volunteer to translate the language you are seeking:
Your volunteering could help KoboToolbox reach out to more users with the language they use.

There are two levels.
Important is the correct international 2-letter language code here (en - for Spanish)… See

The language name is the one you use in your form, esp. for ::language specifications. So it might be e.g. Español or Spanish in your case. If your form has multiple languages, this is the name a user will see in the language choice list (on top of the form)
Your form should than appear with Spanish system buttons (and system messages) like this
