If it’s possible to change the colors of the survey tittle and buttons (such as “Next) on ENKETO,
as far as i know we can only change the color of the label and hint field

Welcome back to the community, @omaribilal! The system controls these, and hence you cannot change the color of the same. You are correct; you should, however, be able to change the color of the label.
