Choice filter exclude options in repeated groups

How can I filter excluded option in repeated groups?, such that options selected should not display in subsequent repeats

For example.

Q1, REGION OF RESPONDENT

Option 1) WEST

Option 2) NORTH

Option 3) COAST

Q2, SELECT DISTRICT OF RESPONDENT

Option 1) KRUGU (is in WEST Region)

Option 2) TOYA (is in WEST Region)

Option 3) BULA (is in COAST Region)

Option 4) ZOE (is in NORT Region)

Q3 SELECT NAME OF RESPONDENT

Option 1) JOHN (is in TOYA district)

Option 2) YAW (is in BULA district)

Option 3) AKOS (is in KRUGU district)

Option 4) ZIEM (is in KRUGU district)

Option 5) DIMAL (is in ZOE district)

Q4 SELECT ALL NAMES OF CHILDREN LIKED BY FOR ${Q3}

Option 1) JUDAS (is in WEST Region)

Option 2) JESUS (is in WEST Region)

Option 3) MATHEW (is in WEST Region)

Option 4) ABDUL (is in COAST Region)

Option 5) ABDUL (is in NORTH Region)

in Q1, If I choose Option 1) WEST, Option 1) KRUGU and Option 2) TOYA, should display in Q2,

in Q2, If I choose Option 1) KRUGU, Option 3) AKOS and Option 4) ZIEM should display in Q3,

in Q3, If I choose Option 3) AKOS, Option 1) JUDAS, (Option 2) JESUS and Option 3) MATHEW should display in Q4

in Q4, , If I choose Option 1) JUDAS and Option 2) JESUS, all the options selected in Q1, Q2,Q3, and Q4 should not display subsequent repeats. How do I do that, please help
