Help! The column in the Excel file is missing data that was visible in the KoBo account.

After successfully collecting data, I noticed that in the exported Excel file, a given column is missing data that was previously visible in the KoBo account.

Welcome to the community, @charlienestory! Have you checked out the download settings as follows when downloading your data?

Project>DATA>Downloads>Include fields from all … versions

Checking `Include fields from all … versions` should display your missing data that is present in your DATA>Table View.

Yes, I did and they are right. I’m still unable to get the data inside this specific column which has the Location details. Please help, i really need to achieve this.

@charlienestory, if you are able to see this in your downloaded version (XLS format), please be informed that you will need to merge it manually during the data management phase (in your XLS dataset).
