Connect KOBO Server data with labels to Power BI

Hello All,

I am facing an issue with connecting the data that is collected on KOBO server to power BI dashboard. So when I put this URL:

https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/api/v1/data/127557?format=csv

I get the dataset without any issue but I need to get the data english labels in stead of the codes, I am pointing here to the choices english labels, but now I only get the answer codes instead, Is there a way to get the data with English labels like how we do that manually from KOBO beta version. \

change ?format=csv to .xlsx

I tried this but I am still getting the codes. Any idea why might that be?
