Connect Kobo with Email notification (outlook)

I reviewed this suggested option to be able to send email notification in outloiik when a new record is uploaded in Kobo: " KoboSupport "

This option involves working with Power Automate. All good. However, in my case it has not worked because Kobo seems to require access authorization:
