Connecting data with excel power query

I am connecting kobo to excel by using API, and I have found that in excel it displays the label values not labels for example variable sex is coded 1=Female and 2=Male. in excel onto the column named sex there are 1 and 2 instead of being Female and Male.
How to address this issue?
