Hi All,
I have tried all the ways to connect Kobo submissions to both Power Bi and Excel and i get the same error i tried the basic and advanced methods with the Token and Form uid but it’s not working, note that im on eu.kobotoolbox.org. I have even tried to get the data through blank query and used Python, am running out of way. can you please help is there any way to connect it?

Do you think that the reason is that I am using eu.kobotoolbox.org not kf or kc?

Am trying to connect a survey to Power Bi using Get data > From Web, in Advanced i added the URL part as follows:

and in HTTP parameter i added in the Header “Authorization” and in the next tab i typed “Token XXXXXXXX” the X is the API
When click OK to connect i got this error in the image

Based on the image you shared, you connect the data. I think you already tried to use this data source by using username and password, but you are trying to log in as anonymously. try to reset the data sources settings, you can find it under the get data - data source settings then you can clear the kobo web site settings one by one or you can reset all. After that try to connect again with same method
