Connecting to kobotoolbox from excel in different computers

Hi all, I have a project that downloads the submissions into an excel sheet. When i connect the sheet with the synchronous URL it works and downloads the data but when i open the sheet in another computer it raise an error saying the link doesn´t exist.

Is there any restriction about a max number of computers connecting to the same synchronous URL?

Thank you Kal_Lam! I found the answer in another post. The issue was that i had the form private i turned it to public and it works.
