N2. How long have you worked at this company?
1 = Less than a month

Constraint message: Please check — the duration at this company should not be shorter than your current role or position at S7.
Please help me solve the above constraint to be implemented in Kobo form.
They are two different questions all together but same answer choice.
So I don’t want a situation whereby someone will select code 3 at S7 and at N2 continue to select code 2. This doesn’t make sense when you read both questions. Length spent in a company cannot be less than the length of your current position.
I’m finding it difficult to set constraints on two questions with answer choices. Below are the questions and the constraint message.

@rockyjunior24gh, if I understand your requirement S7 should be <= N2. Did I get you correctly? If that is what you are looking for, then you could do it as outlined in the screenshots below:
Please In Kobo, if **multiple submissions (**Online-Offline (multiple submission)) is enabled and later changes it to Online-only (once per respondent), can this automatically change to Online-only (once per respondent) after someone submits?
