Hello everyone, I’m facing the following error whenever I try to edit submission, I checked the permissions, users but I still encounter the same error. I tried to edit in different projects but the same error popup again and again, I checked my subscription storage limit but everything bellow the limit.
Data server did not accept data.
Contact the survey administrator please. (400)
Welcome to the community, @hydrotechline! Did you mean that you’re unable to edit the submission? It appears that you may not be the admin owner of the project, which could be why you’re experiencing this issue.
If that’s the case, we recommend reaching out to the admin owner of the project to verify whether you have been granted the appropriate edit permissions.
Hello Kal_Lam, this is not the case, I checked the permissions, I changed the user to the owner of the project, but still this error popup when I edit the submission.
