Assuming that the enumerator can swipe through the questions as he likes (sorry, I am an absolute beginner), would it be possible to avoid all this swiping, e.g. by offering a contents table with links?
Background: There will no clear sequence for filling in the questions.
Welcome to the community! In KoBoCollect android app, you could follow the steps below to skip questions during data collection:
Open your KoBoCollect android app.
Open the desired survey form.
Once the survey form is open, press the down facing arrow like button as shown in the image below:
You will be able to see a list of questions as shown in the image below:
So now you are able to fill the questions you wish to.

To add to @Kal_Lam.
If you use KoBoCollect the enumerator can use the Navigation menu as marked in the screenshot above and will see all the questions and groups on the current level.
Be careful with the skip/relevant. All skipped data will finally be deleted by KoBo. So, it’s normally not an option for free navigation to enter data at multiple questions.
