I am conducting a multi country survey and desire to have a response where data collectors can input phone numbers preceded by country codes. The codes are revealed based on the country selected in the preceding question.
@Pelucidan, you could achieve this by following the instructions as outlined in this support article Adding Cascading Select Questions.

However, I want the response to be a text box with a preceding country code showing . E.g. when you select Nigeria, the next response shows up as a text box with +234 showing and the reposndemt just had to complete the response. I couldn’t get that to work with a cascading question.
Is there a work around?
