Yes I have admin rights, its my account
What I intend to do is to add users so that they can link their devices to the forms and start data collection
Hi @deanmuungani, the link given is just an example, not an active link. To make it clearer, if your kpi URL is https://kf.kobotoolbox.org, you will navigate to https://kf.kobotoolbox.org/admin.

Having reviewed your post, I believe your issue does not fall within adding users to your own server. It seems you are using one of our servers and you simply want to have users who can collect data on android for your project. If this is the case, then I would like to suggest some reading that would definitely solve your issue.
- Learn about Collecting data with android collect
- Create a user account using the same process you created your own account
- Learn about Managing permissions and determine which permissions you need the users to have.
