Cross validatation

Hello!

I am new to the community.

Currently I am having a problem in validating a question as follow-

I have three questions.
Q1. What is the occupation of the respondent?
option: 1. Farming 2. Job 3. Business 4. Others
Q2. Who is the Household head?
option: 1. Self (respondent) 2. Father 3. Mother 4. Husband
Q3. What is the occupation of the Household head?
option: 1. Farming 2. Job 3. Business 4. Others

Now I want to validate, if the respondent him/herself is the household head, then the selection of the answer of Q3 must be same to the option of Q1, otherwise it will show some error message.

Could you please help me with that?

Thank you @Kal_Lam for your support. It does help me to think alternatively, however in my case, there are multiple options to be considered. Whereas in you example variables were dichotomous. It would be appreciated if you could help me further?
