A form has been working well for months. I needed to update a single line in an attached media csv file. I deleted the old file in media, re-uploaded the new version, and re-deployed. For those of us with cached forms, there is no new message popup to refresh for a new form, so the form has the old data. Worse, the other users without a cached version in enketo are getting this error message about the blank column heading.
Things I have tried so far:
- deleting the csv files again. reviewing the column headers for any blanks, capital letters, etc.
- uploading the csv as utf-8
- renaming the csvs as new names, then renaming the files in the xls version of the form. re-uploading new csvs and new form version before deploying again
- selecting the edit form option in the dashboard and trying to re-save. I get this error message, even though I am connected to the internet
