CSV files not downloading in the mobile app

I have been working on projects that use preloaded data in CSV format, and everything was functioning correctly. However, I recently encountered an issue where the CSV files are no longer downloading in the mobile app. I have tried several solutions, including updating the app and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. This problem is causing the forms within the projects to become non-functional

I am also facing the same issue, my media files are not reading on the mobile app, it used to work fine over the past week, but eversince I updated the form yesterday, it stopped working

Any update please? it works well with web but not at all with phones app

The same thing is happening to us. I have tried to delete the media files and then deploy and then attach the csv/media files and then redeploy - but nothing is helping?

Any resolution as we have teams in the field as well?

Sorry for the trouble! This is now fixed, provided you are using the EU server. The Global server was not affected.
