CSV media file reading issue in kobocollect

I have develop an xls form, upload into KOBO, then a separate CSV file with IDs from which i get other column information also uploaded in media tag from setting.
When i get form in KoboCollect the data from CVS not pulled.
can any one help me on this.

Welcome to the community, @nasirali366! Maybe you will need to check your CSV file format. Sometimes, the file format may also affect the pulldata in the Collect android app.
