Custom Logo/Branding?

We use kobotoolbox via the Docker Container setup.
A question appears recently: Could we implement our own logo somehow?

Conclusion:

To rebuild the app and rebrand it you’d need to have solid experience developing in Java; the code is open source so you can change whatever you like, including the title.
