I want to arrange options horizontally, with each option in its own column. Each column should support either a single choice or multiple choices. I have 7 options, and I need to adjust the layout so that all 7 columns fit in a single row, rather than wrapping to the next row after 4 columns.Another aspect is that each row should function as a single unit as I was able to select all option even though it is single option. How can I do this?

@sudeep, if that is the case, then your columns, Very trustworthy, A little trustworthy, and so on should be a select_one question type with Yes and No options. If this is something you are looking for, then please feel free to go though the support article attached before. You should be able to create one through the Matrix Question Type.
