I have collected 101 data using kobotoolbox. couple days back all my data enumerators submitted their form and I also checked all the collected data. however, today when I logged into the account all on a sudden there is not a single form showing on the dashboard out of all the collected 101. please solve this issues
@sakibulislam377, when was the last time you saw your data on your server? Have you shared the login credentials with any one else? Could you also let us know if the project that is missing the data is your own project or if it was shared to you by someone else?
I saw the data two days back, I have not shared the credentials with anyone else. The project is mine.
@sakibulislam377, would you mind sharing with me the following information through a private message so that I could have a closer look at your case:
- Username
- Project name
- Server

@sakibulislam377, I don’t think the system deleted your project itself. Generally, you would be asked with various dialogue check box before you delete your project/submissions from the server.
