I also faced moreless the same challenge, and error messages. try this Kobo limits synchronous exports to protect server reliability. your export might be have many submissions forms, many questions, repeat groups, or media links, Kobo may take longer to prepare the XLSX/CSV export (which was for my case). try create a separate named export for each use case, for example one export for Power BI, one for Excel, and one for manual download. Also reduce the export size by filtering dates, removing unnecessary columns, avoiding media URLs where not needed, and using XLSX only when repeat groups are required. access more guide throught Using the API for synchronous exports — KoboToolbox documentation
